My name is Sam Williams and I am a happy husband and father of three children, living in York, SC. I work for Bank of America in Charlotte, NC as a Finance Analyst and also attend school online at Luther Rice University, completing my Bachelors of Arts in Religion degree (hopefully by 2009).
I am a born-again Christian for the past 20 years. That being said I know how to do church but have come to realize recently that doing church is not where it is at but being the church to a lost and dying world. Am I good at it? Nope. There is plenty of work to do on me and today’s church.
I have been involved in ministry to families and children for 5 years. My ultimate purpose is to introduce the ultimate agent of change, Jesus Christ, and the gospel message to parents and children in this generation. I strongly believe that now is the time to minister to them – otherwise we will lose them in the future and modern day Christendom will fall away.

Sam, I love it!! I cried the whole way through the tribute to Amanda. She is definitely a special young lady, to not only you and Cindy, but to me and Josh, and James, as well. I wouldn’t trade my World Changers experience with anything else I have ever experienced, partly due to the fact that I got to see Amanda’s heart wide-open and if I hadn’t already loved her, I would’ve after that week!!! I miss you guys so much, my heart hurts sometimes for the time we spent together. Let them all know that I love them and miss them and let’s all get together and do dinner soon!!! Dean

I am glad to hear that you are enrolled at Luther Rice.It is a great school doctrinally and will equip you to put into practise what you learn.
