My boss at Bank of America gave me a religious quote calendar last year at Christmas. Most of these are the common quotes : What’s missing at CHCH – U R.
However, the one for this past Saturday was interesting:
“We are called to be witnesses, not lawyers and judges.”
What do you think about it?

Thats a good quote.Most of the quotes on Baptist Church Signs are corny,absurd and embarrasing.

I think that statement is very true. We are called to be witnesses. The other things we do usually are our wants and desires. God of course can call us to be lawyers and judges but we usually leave God out of those decisions.
